Beautiful Misfits – Tim Burton double feature

Beautiful Misfits presents a double feature exploring the world of Tim Burton, where two very different Eds take center stage in stories about nonconformity and creative courage.

The program opens with Edward Scissorhands from 1990. A modern fairy tale about Edward, a gentle and naive creation with scissors for hands. When he enters a pastel-colored suburban world, his difference becomes both a gift and a challenge.

The afternoon continues with Ed Wood from 1994. A warm and eccentric portrait of filmmaker Ed Wood, whose passion for cinema remains unshaken despite repeated failures. The film is a joyful tribute to perseverance, imagination and artistic freedom.

The Cinema Café opens at 12.00, and one ticket grants access to both screenings. Edward Scissorhands begins at 13.00, followed by Ed Wood at 15.00. Together, the films form a shared reflection on what it means to stand apart and stay true.
